The planning fee applies to multiple cities and countries worldwide and covers multiple hotel room bookings. Planning includes property selections, preferred amenities, a private guide for experiences, dining reservations, museum reservations or entrance bookings to sites, transfers, and ground arrangements, and support from local partners while you are there. Ongoing availability before, during, and after the trip is also included.
