1 — You’ll hear back within 48 hours By email or sometimes sooner. I’ll review everything you’ve shared and follow up with a few questions before we get on a call. The more I know going in, the more useful that first conversation will be.

2 — We’ll have a discovery call A relaxed conversation about the trip you have in mind — your travel style, what matters most, what you’d rather avoid. No pitch, no pressure. Just two people figuring out if this is the right fit. If it is, we move forward. If it isn’t, I’ll say so honestly.

3 — The planning begins Once we’ve agreed to work together and the planning fee is confirmed, the research starts. From here, all you have to do is get excited about where you’re going. Everything else is handled.
